Fanis Laminitus is the feudal lord of Zircon Tower town.
Appearance[]
Fanis is a beautiful woman with long red hair, purple eyes, deep red lips and very large breasts. Her outfit consists of a red and black cloak, a white bodysuit which exposes her belly and cleavage, and white thigh-high boots.
When Fanis tried to seduce Diablo, she was wearing a evening dress with fillers that had her back greatly exposed. The bulges of her chest were open in an amazing visage that looked like they would spill out. She also had double pearl necklaces around her neck and high heel shoes on her legs.
In the manga, she was wearing a similar dress, but with a few differences the dress is much thinner, there are two black laces that cross between the breasts, the opening of the breasts continues to the stomach at which point the dress closes up and then opens up a diamond shaped formation in the belly button, the dress has frills on the shoulders and the bottom of the dress and an a foot op opening the left side of the dress. Also she had two bracelets on her left hand.
In the anime, she wore a red dress that fully exposed her shoulders, back, and most of her breasts, the dress only covers the most important part of her breasts and only shows a little of her butt, the dress has two leg openings on either side, fully exposing her legs.
The dress is embellished with mini pearl links with light blue teardrop shaped diamonds, one on the top of the dress covering the breasts from the tip, one at the back and a long one that connects strat that the chest openin to the leg openings and ends at the bottom.
Fanis had many ornaments on her body. On her neck, she wore a pearl necklace under it was a gold ornament with many White diamonds around it and in front of the gold ornament there are three round shaped purple diamonds of different sizes. at the top medium size bigest size and that at the bottom a smallst and white drop shaped diamond on the edges and on the front edge is the largest light blue drop shaped. On her arms she wore gold bracelets with white diamonds, on her hands were golden cuffs with a small ball loop, and on her feet she were black high heels with red on the bottom.
In Volume 9, she was a woman wearing a bright red military.
Personality[]
Fanis is a tough, military woman who prefers to fight adversity head-on and doesn’t believe in running away. She later shows a seductive side around Diablo in private, being unashamed of using her body to convince Diablo to remain in Zircon Tower. She lives in a world with magical monsters, priests who manifest actual miracles by prayer, and actual "demonic beings," which the lore on both sides claim to exist as a direct result of a proxy war between "Kami-sama" and the Demon Lord, and yet, she doesn't believe the divine beings exist, even going so far as to threaten Lumachina with deadly force because, by her mindset, if "Kami-sama" exists, he'd instantly manifest to protect Lumachina from a gun attack. Though subtle, she's not as bad as a person she appears to be. She has shown concern for the well being of the men under her command and even begged for someone to come and help her soldiers. After the battle with Varakness and his army was over when Rem asked if they could use the chapel to cure people of the local magical disease as well as pay the rent, Laminitus refuses. Not because she doesn't want to let them use it, but because there's no way she could make the people who showed up and turned the tide of the battle pay rent, saying she was very grateful and told Diablo's party that they and the priests can use the chapel, rent-free. All she cares about is collecting her taxes. While she does protect the town from powerful rampaging demonic beasts, she does it so the tax revenue keeps flowing. She has zero respect for the Church of Celestials and the King of the Lyferia kingdom because she sees the church either bully the weak or be entirely non-combatant and because she finds the king "cowardly" as he never visits her danger-prone city himself. After Diablo near single-handedly stops an assault from an army of powerful Fallen, Laminitus decides to keep him in her city even if it means having to seduce him into staying, but she gets interrupted before she could go all the way with Diablo.

Abilities[]
Fanis is a Magi Gunner, a derivative of the Archer class. A sub-specialist of archery, she fights with magically empowered guns.
As a magic gunner, Fanis can bestowe a spell on her magic filled bullets, but she can only bestowe one spell on a single bullet. When she fires a bullet with a magic spell, it activates. She is estimated to be over level 100.
Fanis is famous in the capital and even in other cities because of her ability to aim and shoot from afar at her targets that are too far for the normal human eye.

- 《Flare Burst》: When bestowed upon a bullet it causes a great explosion. (revolver)
- 《Lightning Strike》: When bestowed upon a bullet it pirces the target and causing a shock-wave when hit. (rifle)
- 《Lightning Shot Magnum》: most likely a rapid fire version of 《Lightning Shot》.
Equipment[]
- 《Deep Crimson Wings》: It was equipment that was just as rare as the《Curtain of Dark Clouds》that Diablo had equipped. It was bestowed with the effect of《Flight Magic》.
- 《Golkalios》: It is the flagship of Fanis a especially large sand ship on the ship's deck is a pedestal-mounted throne on which the Laminitus sit during the ship's journey.
- Magi-Guns: Are special equipment and magic items that fire magic-infused bullets. Fanis has been seen wielding two magi-guns.
- Her main magi-gun is a huge two-handed rifle, that is as long as she is tall. The gun shoots big bullets (in both the light novel and manga) the gun can fire three times and (in the Anime) the gun can fire five times.
- Her smallest magi-gun is a revolver that can fire six times. Gun fires normal sized bullets.
- Magic Filled Bullets: Fanis uses magic filled bullets that have explosive magic in them.
- Deep Red Armor.
- Mechanisms: when a bullet hits them they explode, large-sized Demonic Beast they would die.
